I didn't get 2 miles before tire popped. Putting spare on now so I can head back there. Update, we went back and they took care of everything. The staff was friendly and apologetic and they resolved the issue quickly by replacing the tire.

Anytime we have a flat tire in one of the work trucks we go here. And they fixed not just flat tires but nails in your tires all that good stuff. Believe me giving the amount of stuff we put our work trucks through we do a lot of business with them

I had a nail in my tire a few weeks ago and I happen to be in Hollywood. I went to a near by tire shop and they told me they couldn’t patch it up and needed a new $400 tire. I decided to bring my car here instead and they were able to patch it up for $15 and did not say they could not do it! Unlike other places, they’re real with you and don’t try to take advantage of women with pricing.

I had a flat on a Sunday after 5 PM, I was nervous because I was not sure I would find a place that would be open this late. I looked up this place and headed over to be serviced upon my arrival. They did amazing work and patched it without a problem. I appreciate the fact that they were honest about not possibly needing a new tire as the damage was significant. Menos Tires & Wheels has been my tire go to place for years. Back in the day (approximately 15 years go or more) I was referred to them by a mechanic. He said if you're on a budget and can't afford new tires, go there because they have the best used tires that last at least 6 months possible longer. And he was so right. At that time my income was pretty low and I could always afford their used tires. Menos Tires were always within my price range and often times other Tire places would ask me where did you get your tires because they we're better than the brand new tires I was about to get. What I also love about them is everyone is nice, friendly and professional. And all employees are bilingual which is awesome! They also carry new tires as well, top brands at great prices! Unless I have to, I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else for my tire needs. They have a customer for life!

You can count on this business to be open way later than other tire shops which is absolutely convenient for not so convenient situations like a flat tire. I was able to get to the shop and get my tire fixed in under an hour. The employees were extremely helpful and very nice and they don't try to hustle you on pricing like other places would do.

I thought I had a flat on my tire so attempted to put some air in then decided to go to pepboys. Got there but the wait was going to be a few hours just for a patch. I had to get back to work ASAP so one of the Pepboys staff recommended for me to go to Menos Tires instead since they're close by. I called, unfortunately my GPS wasn't working. The staff at Menos tires was very patient and helped me with directions. The staff helped me checked the tires and luckily none of them need a patch, just needed air. This place is very close to where I work and I had a great experience so next time I will definitely come back for tire service instead of going to Pepboys which always have long lone and is also overpriced with their service. Thank you Menos tires for taking care of me and my car making sure everything is safe. 5 star place!

This place is the best. They successfully plugged two separate tires for me super cheap and quickly. And then they did the same for my wife, and didn't even give her a hard time when she was a few dollars short (cash only for small repairs, I believe). Unfortunately I think a lot of places would have tried to sell me, and especially my wife, on more extensive repairs. But not these guys. Could not recommend highly enough.

I have to give credit to Eddie the tow truck driver, because he recommended this place instead of towing to my local dealership,as per my warranty of my car. This was the best decision. My in-laws have been going to this shop for over 20 years . That's how I found this place . Also Frank is really down to earth and he takes his time to help you out and obviously he knows everything about tires & is always willing to find you a excellent deal you can afford. I've been coming here for about 10 years . So if you want an honest place that's not going to screw you over this is it . One more thing even if you buy your tire somewhere else like on the internet you can take them there and they will mount them and balance them usually for about $20 a tire it depends on the size , thats better than a lot other places .

Omg my friend and I where on a hunt for a tire shop that opened late they close at 10pm weekdays . Came to menos they are the most helpful and nice people I ever meet and the price is super cheap ! Love this place I recommend it !

Ralph and Manny really came through in a pinch. I got into an accident and needed a new set of wheels ASAP as I had a road trip coming up in two days. When I called the shop, Ralph took the time to look through used sets in my size and send me pictures. That effort resulted in a perfect set for me and a sale for them. When I came in to pick them up, they were super friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to go back for other needs, minus the fact that they are on the opposite side of town from me ;-)

I was driving down the 10 fwy near downtown at about 4:30pm when my car warns me that my rear tire is low on air. I used YELP to help me find the nearest but highest rated tire shop.
It happened to be Menos tire shop. I pull in and I'm greeted by this guy Frank. He made me feel like I was family and he would take care of me. He removed the tire from my car placed it in water and found the leak. Unfortunately I damaged the tire on the drive from the freeway to the shop. He showed me the damage and told me he could have a new tire by tomorrow am. I have a rare size (275/30 19). He put on my spare and told me to come back tomorrow around 10:00am.
I showed up this morning at 10:00am. My new tire is already mounted and ready to be put on my car. I was in and out this morning in 15 min.
How refreshing to find a business owner that actually does what they say they are gonna do and they do it with a smile. I will never go anywhere else for tires. Thanks Again Frank

It's a family run business which I always love to support besides corporate conglomerate rich money bags.

My tire had a slow leak and kept deflating, so I took it to some corporate company and they told me that I needed to get a new tire. For $200. Told me I had a slash on it that is not repairable.

So I went on Yelp and looked up used tires, thinking that would be the best way I could save $.

Called these guys and Ralph answered. Explained my situation. Asked if they had a used tire for my Jetta. He was so nice on the phone and told me to just stop by, they are open late and how usually companies like that don't want to fix my tire as it's not profitable for them. He said to bring it in and most likely he was thinking he could fix it.

Brought it in, Ralph handled immediately. Worked on my tire, showed me the slash and was surprised the other place said they couldn't fix it.
As I was waiting, the other customers were so nice, we had some friendly conversations and everyone expressed how much they love this spot.

When all was said and done- I was expecting a cost of $30. He told me $12. Couldn't believe it. Esp being a girl, I have never felt like any car person is being truthful or honest to me. I mean what do I know? Not these guys though! See for yourself! Ralph was so honest from the getgo.

REMEMBER TO BRING CASH! They do have an ATM w a fee of like $2.29, I took out $20 and gave them the whole thing, I was so happy to have been saved from getting raped for $200 on a car I'm returning back to the dealer the end of the year.

Look y'all. I arrived and I was afraid my wait time would be at least 20mins because all the stalls were occupied. Nope! They spoke to me immediately, inquired about my needs and serviced me in 15mins. That's it! I was literally in and out in 15mins. I had an flat and they were able to fix it for just.....drum roll...$10. Y'all stop playing and save you time and an headache. They were professional, nice, swift and skilled. This is now my go-to spot for tires.

These guys are great! Frank and his team refinished one of my rims after I hit the curb going around 15 mph and pretty much erased all traces of the damage. Pricing, timeline, and communication were all amazing.

Absolutely incredible and highly recommend! I work in Downtown Los Angeles and left my office late in the evening. As I was driving, I noticed that I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they recommended Menos. The owner is incredible! He and his team are very professional and do excellent work. My flat was fixed in record time and at a great price. I asked about my other tires and was provided an honest answer (your tires are in great condition come back in a few years when you are ready to replace) and I definitely will! So this one day my tire decides to give out and rip apart on the freeway and it already being 7pm i figured I was F***** until the next day...... come to find this spot near my home and they got me back up and running same night! On top of it the next day my valve broke off after I got off work.....Went right back to this spot and installed a temp valve on the tire to at least be fine. They gave me the heads up on getting the replacement valve for less and installed it once I went back with it. For the most part it wasn't busy during the times I went and they finished in a timely manner I feel. Definitely recommend and will return for future tires.

Living in the South Bay, I thought getting 4 new tires would be an easy task. I was mistaken! I called every surrounding city from San Pedro up to Gardena and I got the same answer- my tires would have to be ordered and wouldn't come in until Wednesday. Meno's tires was referred to me by a colleague who works in the arts district. I am so happy I called Menos! I can tell they were busy, but Frank said he would check if they had my tires in stock. He called me back 20 mins later confirming they had 4 tires. Meno's is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 PM. I finally arrived at 9 pm on a Saturday seeing 3 other cars currently being worked on. I asked how long it should take and Frank quoted me a 45 min wait time. I wasn't at Meno's longer than an hour. These guys are knowledgeable, efficient and as women I didn't feel like they were trying to scam me. I will not be needing tires anytime soon, however I will be stopping in for an alignment, and a rotation later on this year.

I've been coming here with my mom since I was a little girl for all sorts of car tire issues (i.e. air pressure, patching or replacement, balance, and alignment). The workers have always been respectful, helpful, and quick to assist. The service is also inexpensive and done well. Most noticeably, this is a family owned business and they take pride in their work.

I been coming to the shop for a while now Frank always does amazing job taking care of his clients the whole team is very respectful and great customer service plus u can't beat the prices and they always have what u need.

We popped a tire at 8:30 at night on the highway, in the dark, in a city we didn't live in trying to get to San Diego. Our spare was a donut tire, and I really didn't want to push it for two hours more of driving to San Diego. By the time we got everything fixed with the tire, it was 9:30 at night. We started to panic, because there wasn't any tire shops open that late. Luckily, we saw menos was still open until 10pm. So at 9:35, I gave them a call in a panic, asking if I could get a tire if I came by in the next ten minutes. They were more than happy to help. They had the new tire on in less than 10 minutes, and for pretty cheap too. It was service above and beyond, and life-saving after a long, rough night. Thank you guys again, we really appreciate it.

Frank went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service!! I had a flat tire on my rental car and called the shop around 9:45pm as my AAA emergency services was on its way to see if I could have my car towed to their shop and have the tire fixed or replaced the next morning since it was 15 minutes before closing. Frank told me he'd wait for me to get there and help me after closing hours-I was so happy! I ended up buying a used tire he offered (decently priced, not expensive at all) and was on my way. I received great, quick service; this shop definitely went out of their way to help me by staying open late! Thank you once again Frank!!

I am so darn happy w this shop. I've been to many shops be it transmission, oil change tires, etc. Kevin the guy who helped me was very honest and instead of trying to sell everything he told me exactly what I needed and how long my tire may require another change. He was super genuine and this is hard to find in the doggy dog city of LA! I even tested Kevin to see if he would try and upgrade the sale he told me this would be sufficient and will get me through for the next few months. First off they open until 10 PM, that's a plus. Next, Frank told me he was willing to wait until 1015 for me to bring in my car with flat tire. So I brought in my car with the tow truck and they fixed my flat tire with an unbelievable price. I have nothing but good things to say for them.

Excellent service! Super fast and very knowledgeable. I ran over a screw and my tire was losing air pressure fast. It was past 9pm and I didn't expect to find anything that night. Menos is open until 10pm!!!!! The gentleman who did the work was very professional and found the screw right away. He patched up my tire and I was on my way, in less than 20 minutes. They were life savers. Dealer wanted to charge me 500 to replace 2 tires, 1 cut, 1 with nail, AND i had to wait 2 days for the tires. Manny fixed The tire with the nail and replaced the cut one with A used tire for less hundred. My car has very odd tire sizes so I was shocked they had it in stock used. Saving me hundreds of $$ and lots of time I can't recommend them enough. This is definitely the place to go if you want to get your tires replaced in LA save some money and also get it done quick. Also if you have an odd tire size they seem to have almost everything in stock.

Needed a hard to find tire In a hurry, Frank was able to get it the next day,when other shops were telling me they needed a week to receive it. They do solid quality work in a timely manner to get you home fast in time to catch the Dodger game.

Great place, but in a bad neighborhood. They are open late to 10pm, but I wouldn't recommend going into south central after sun down! I bought a slightly used tire to replace one that blew out on the freeway for $50. A new tire would have cost $200. I only wish they had the same brand of the tire that blew out- they said I could check in periodically and see if they have a matching tire. Lastly, don't be surprised if you call and someone answers who only speaks Spanish- once they realize you don't speak Spanish they transfer you to an English speaker! Anyway, if you want a great deal on tires, and you don't mind neighborhood, Menos is the place to go!

Ive been going here for years. Best place .. Frank always takes good care of me and the prices are the best in town.. I work late sometimes so being able to go early or late at night is amazing.. Came here and was in and out in 25 mins. The manager Frank was very cordial and very honest about prices. Even kept my tires for me overnight because I needed to keep them when I return my lease. Definitely NOT the 3.5 stars. Called 3 different places but the tires they gave me were cheapest.. had a large selection of tires as well.

So i give this place 4 stars because of the prices. The prices are great on new tires and used tired. They work fast, but it is a little annoying how their prices are based on what they feel like charging that day. They are not very professional, but after going to other tire shops. I could never find any place where there are cheaper tires.

As a woman sometimes auto places try and take advantage of the prices or what my car needs but this place was upfront. Prices were very reasonable and the service was GREAT!!! Manny did an excellent job and had me out of there fast... I highly recommend this place.

I popped my tire on my way to work in DTLA and was panicked to find a new one ASAP to make my long drive back to OC. I was worried that I wouldn't find the right tire and that it would be too expensive. I was also a little bit scared of being taken advantage of since I'm a female and don't know much about cars.

They have new and used tires and the prices are great for both!

I called Menos and spoke with Frank. He was so helpful. He got the exact tire that I needed in less than a hour. I had my car towed over and he took care of it right away.

Procrastination mixed with failed AAA assistance led me to Menos. They are open until 10pm on a Sunday when most shops are either closed and/or have early hours.

The shop was clean, service was quick, and staff were accommodating. Happy to recommend!

I've been getting blessed with some really great auto/tire shops lately (despite the need for repairs), and this one was another one to add to the list!

I noticed my passenger rear tire was super low when I was leaving the store this evening, so I stopped to put air in it on my way home, only to discover air leaking in mass quantities. Despite my better judgment, I bought some fix-a-flat & crossed my fingers. As suspected, the hole was too large to fix with that stuff, so I wasted 9 bucks for nothing. Great. It was 8:30pm & I knew that if I waited til the morning to take it to my usual spot (Bob's Tire Town), the tire would be completely flat & I'd have to get towed. Really didn't feel like doing all that, so I, of course, turned to Yelp for help find a spot that was open late.

Found this spot & called to see if they had my tire in stock. Spoke with Frank who was very friendly & quoted $50 installed for my 245/45/18, which wasn't too bad. He also made sure to tell me that they only take cash. Cool, at least I knew what to expect.

I got there at 9:15p & was greeted pleasantly by a gentleman who I told I'd already called in for my tire. He happily called Frank out who got my tire & had the install done in 10 minutes! $50 out the door & he told me that he'd even give me my next tire for $45 if I ever came back, but that I'd have to remind him (oh TRUST, I'll remind you Frank! Lol). I think that's great Customer Service and a good way to get repeat business.

I felt bad for "cheating" on Bob's, but glad I found this spot as a back up! Hopefully I won't need to be back..... but knowing my car, I will. Smh ;-)

Way overdue review. I use Yelp frequently and I realize I should contribute, especially to small businesses in certain neighborhoods that provide a service at a good price and good customer service.

I took my godmother's car for an alignment waaay long ago and they were quick, cheap, and friendly. A four tire alignment for around $50 was a good deal.

They were great! I had a flat and roadside towed my car to them since I had no spare. They patched the TWO holes in my tire in about 10 minutes were very very kind and professional. The shop owner was working at 9pm on a Tuesday night! I was lucky they were open late so I didn't have to worry about my car during the work day and now they have a loyal customer. We had an unexpected late night flat on the way through LA for a trip. We were so relieved Menos Tires was open until 10 pm since we got the flat late in the evening and no other place was open. The manager was extremely polite and sympathetic. They replaced our tire and fixed the doughnut within ten minutes of arrival, and charged us $40 total. I am so pleased with our experience and highly recommend Menos Tires.

This place was GREAT! Took my Range Rover in bc I thought I need my tires balanced come to find out my tire was completely warped and was causing the shakiness. I wasn't sure at first but Frank assured me and I trusted him and I'm really glad I did bc he was 100% CORRECT not only did he get me a great used tire for cheap but also saved me $ from paying for a realignment I didn't need. Fast and friendly service. There's always 5-8 employees, everyone is friendly and hard worker. They fix my flat in 15 mins, they even checked all my other tires to see if any air was needed. They are very reasonable and I loved there fast service.

As previously mentioned the location, this crosses the invisible border common in LA and not too many people besides locals venture on this side of town. To some this may be important, to me it matters none.

I came in for a tire patch on a front tire and was serviced quickly and efficiently as soon as I pulled in. Not to mention the price was one of the best in LA I've come across so far. Damn near Mexico status.

I was in and out so quickly it was amazing and actually impressive(hope the patch holds up well lol) Also wasn't pressured for any other services or products even though I know my car needs other things.

Will come back for sure for future tire needs.

I came into Menos tired and wheels because I was experiencing air leakage in my vehicles tires. Frank and Ralph gave outstanding customer service. I was in desperate need of tires after my rear back tire busted on the freeway on Valentine's day. I Yepled and I read only good feedback and also great prices that people mentioned. I have been here 3 or 4 times. It wasn't until today when i got home that i remembered i had a yelp account. I usually only review horrible places or amazing places. This, of course, being the latter. First let me just tell you guys that they are quick. As soon as you pull in they are already helping you asap. No wait time, that's what I'm talking about! Time is money, and I don't like waiting especially when it comes to vehicle services. They have several guys on it at all times (well the times that i have been there). Secondly, they are open 'til late. I don't know why but they are. That's a huge deal!
I have bought used tires, reasonably priced. They were honest about the advise they gave me, I tried to bait them a bit just to see if they would try to "upsell" and sell me other things i didn't really need. But no, they actually gave me great advice and recommended i didn't buy another tire.
I had a cracked rim today which destroyed my tire as well. Hooked me up with a good quote on a used tire and rim repair.

Stopped by at Menos Tires a year ago to get my mom some new tires for her car. Came back today to get new tires for my car. I noticed their great service and I could say that they are very honest people. I'll definitely come back again and also recommend this place to others.

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. In and out in about 15 min. for a patched up tire with a nail in it!

It is nearly impossible to find a tire shop open on the weekends. But these guys go balls out and open from 8am to 10pm every freaken day. That's right 10pm!! That is unheard of. They got me out of a sticky situation when I was losing air and didn't realize until 9pm, I looked up latenight tire shops in my area, and they're the only ones that popped up. And I didn't even know they were down the street from my house! I forgot the mans name who helped me but I think he's the one that runs the place, him and his brother Ralph, anyways the other guy, he helped me out and hooked it up. Down to earth guy. I totally recommend this place.

Good guys, don't Ef around and always get the job done. I have them fix my rims in a regular and buy tires from them.

I stopped by this place in need of a tire it was around 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night they were open perfect... I got awesome service no joke as soon as I pulled up I believe it was Manny who helped me. he was very nice, courteous and helpful checked out my tire and I got a really good quality used one..Manny was very fast, friendly and efficient I was out of there very quickly and a very happy customer I will def come back here for tires and I will def recommend this place to anyone my experience was very positive.....

Good and fast work. I had a nail in my tire and got it fixed in 10 minutes. The only issue is after driving away the repaired tire at 39psi while the others had 36psi.

Amazing customer service. I called ahead about a flat tire and they said no wait they could see me immediately. I pulled in and was immediately taken care of. $12 to patch and they checked the air in the rest of my tires. Everyone should come here

Awesome place to get tires installed and an Alignment done. Plus they are open late and on the weekends. Plus they aren't overpriced!!!

I was stranded at night, in the rain, on a deserted street with a tire so flat that I couldn't even make it to the next gas station. I looked on yelp for the nearest tire store and called them to ask if they knew any tow trucks that would take me to their place. Instead, they volunteered to come get me right away. They came within 15 min, put a temporary tire on my car (in the rain!) which allowed me to make it the 1 mile to their tire store to get permanent tires. Frank (and the other gentlemen who helped) were such amazing heros that night -- and when I tried to tip more to show my appreciation, they gave me back my money! Thank you so very much!!!!
